We do not refund or accept returns for change of mind, We only refund, exchange or offer store credit and accept returns if the product is faulty.

Jta Crystals is not liable for products that are lost or damaged in transit however if you experience any issues please contact us and we will assist you as best we can. 

 

Jta Crystals will refund the full amount paid, exchange the item to one of less or equal value or provide a store credit for the returned product which MUST be returned in original packaging and have no visable signs of wear, misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use at any time after the risk passes to the purchaser.
